Attorneys

Santino joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2007.

Areas of Practice -- Santino is an associate of the firm practicing in the area of general civil litigation. He has experience representing clients in both state and federal court, in matters involving complex environmental litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and landlord-tenant law. Santino is a member of the Litigation and Environmental Law sections of the State Bar of California, and is also a member of the USD Alumni Association and the San Diego County Bar Association.

Education/Internships -- Santino received his B.A. from the University of San Diego in 2003 in business administration, and his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2006. Santino served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Ronald L. Styn in the San Diego Superior Court, wherein he handled cases in a variety of civil litigation matters, primarily in the field of construction defect. Santino also served as a legal intern in the Major Frauds division of the United States Attorney's Office in the Southern District of California working with cases concerning corporate fraud, environmental crimes, and securities fraud.

Outside Interests -- In his spare time, Santino enjoys spending time outdoors, surfing and playing baseball, rooting for the Chargers, Padres and White Sox, and spending time with his family and friends.
